Policy Overview
Zero-Tolerance Policy: Spider enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Users who violate this policy may have their accounts permanently suspended or terminated. Where required by applicable law, Spider will report confirmed CSAM or other relevant incidents to the appropriate authorities.

Purpose and Scope
This Child Safety Policy applies to all users, services, and communications within the Spider application. Spider is committed to creating a secure and safe communication platform and actively protecting minors from any form of sexual exploitation, abuse, trafficking, or online grooming.
Explicit Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM
In accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable international child protection laws, users are strictly prohibited from:
- Creating, uploading, transmitting, disseminating, storing, or promoting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form, including images, videos, illustrations, audio, or text.
- Engaging in Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including sexual solicitation of minors, child grooming, child sexual extortion, or child trafficking.
- Sharing links, groups, or instructions intended to access or distribute CSAM/CSAE material.
Enforcement and Countermeasures
Spider takes immediate and decisive action against violations of this policy:
- Immediate Account Termination: Any user account found to be involved in CSAE or CSAM may be permanently suspended or terminated without prior notice.
- Law Enforcement Escalation: Where required by applicable law, confirmed CSAM or other relevant incidents will be reported to appropriate authorities or organizations, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), where applicable, and relevant law enforcement agencies.
In-App Reporting
Spider provides multiple channels for users to report safety concerns:
- In-App User / Group Reporting: Users can tap the "Report" option located on any user profile or group information screen to flag abusive behavior or prohibited content directly.
- Fast-Track Review: All safety reports involving child endangerment or CSAE are routed with the highest processing priority.
Designated Child Safety Point of Contact
We maintain a dedicated Child Safety Point of Contact to handle inquiries, reports, and escalations from users, child advocacy groups, and law enforcement agencies.
